Class Policies

 

Class Enrollment

 

A minimum enrollment of 3 months.

 

Class Type

 

Private (individual) classes.

 

Class Duration

 

55 minutes.

 

Class Frequency

 

1 class minimum per week.

4 class minimum per month.

 

Class Day and Time

 

A set/same day and time each week.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellation with Notice (24 hours or more) - class will be rescheduled.

 

Student Cancellation without Notice (less than 24 hours) - cancellation fee and NO rescheduled class.

 

Teacher Cancellation without Notice (less then 24 hours) - the next scheduled class is at 50% off the normal class fee.

 

(Cancelled classes are normally kept to a minimum.)

 

Class Late Start

 

Teacher/Student will wait 10 minutes for a class to begin (at which time it is considered a cancelled class without notice). 

 

If a class starts within 10 minutes late, the class end time does not change and the class fee is not adjusted.

 

Class Fees

 

55 minute class fee is $25.00 (USD).

 

Cancellation fee is equal to the class fee of $25.00 (USD).

 

Class Payment

 

Class fees are paid in $USD via Paypal.

 

Paypal payment transfer fee is an additional cost paid by the student.

 

Class fee is paid in advance of the class time, or the class is considered a cancelled class without notice.  In this case, a cancellation fee is assessed. The class will not be rescheduled.

 

Textbooks and any supplemental materials are at the student's own cost and responsibility.
